Re: Hens Offseason
Can't imagine MI being the perfect mid major coach except possibly at UD which I assume your post implied It follows the established unwritten policy of Dave Nelson that FOOTBALL is #1 here. The extension given to MI perfectly follows based on his limited success over 8 years.   :(...

Re: Hens Offseason
Dan Steenkamer reports on X that 5-10 shooting guard Ella Wanzer has committed to UD WBB. A grad transfer from Binghamton with 2 years of eligibility. Are players who commit to basketball like football? Do they then need to sign an NLI to be officially locked in to the institution till the next sea...

Re: Hens Offseason
Maybe Dan S. can write an article in the review soon and report on our situation(transfers in and out, etc) for the BB-M&W teams. With so many returning athletes probably gone from the bball teams, I assume there should/might be some rumors to report. Many schools are signing players. I don't exp...

Re: College Basketball Coaches
I'm old school. I just don't believe the opposite sex should be coaching either mens or womens Basketball teams though it's not considered unusual these days for womens teams. Women coaching mens teams just seems much more of a stretch. as to Ms. Staley-I believe Dawn will remain where she is and be...

another wasted scholarship- will never-performed Moss declare? will Reilly hang on? will the Emory brothers(not Everley  ) be with us in 24-25? or any others I haven't mentioned? it feels like most are leaving a sinking ship  for all involved-UD, present returnees, coaches, administratio...

Re: Field Hockey, Lacrosse and Men's Soccer Conference?
I agree with you posters-The Summit League- unless our AD knows something that hasn't been made aware to us, this is a surprise. There are some good teams. Maybe the league is planning to add more teams from CUSA( or CUSA to be)where there is presently no soccer. Missouri State comes to mind. edit- ...

Re: News Journal Article Today 03/20/24
the reality of most of the postings on our board(remember we are all blue hen fans) is repetitive. This is not a surprising fact since most of us(though not all) hold to our opinions. There are others who simply want attention for numerous reasons. For example-attempting to air their comedic fares, ...

Re: Dan Hurley
The bison ranch in Sussex County has been paved over by Schell Brothers and Carl Freeman and Associates for subdivisions to attract retirees from New York and New Jersey. That pretty much describes Slower-Lower in general. I'm hoping I interpreted your comment in a fashion you weren't implying. I d...

just a quick shoutout to our women's track and field coach K. Iyevbele for her excellent scheduling of meets this year. The Raleigh Relays this past week is a highly respected venue which provides access for our ladies to big time competition and benefits recruiting immensely. thanks
