Re: Hens Offseason

Hey…hope he pans out for us. Seems unlikely given his prior experience, but I’ll hope for the best. It worked well for Carl Baptiste and Collin Goss. Both very little PT for 3 years You question many Hens that left for greener pastures and wondered who was giving them advice? Horton, Daly, Carr, Mu...

Re: Hens Offseason

Another example of a kid who hasn’t done anything at the college level in 2 years, but you can’t teach size. He seems to have a good number of schools interested for that very reason. Let’s see what happens, but anyone over 6’ 8” has to be a step in the right direction.

Re: Hens Offseason

A very strong addition, first reported here by Blue Hen alum Jeff Borzello. John Camden visited Newark a few weeks ago and makes it official. Re: Erik Timko

Charleston has had good success with Division 2 transfers so why not us. Kid certainly looks like a shooter. You hope he’s able to keep up defensively.

Re: Spring Game Info - April 19

Interestingly enough, it doesn’t look like McKinley received much recruiting interest…I only see 2 FBS scholarship offers between UD and Western Michigan.

Re: Spring Game Info - April 19

I lasted for about the first hour. Defense seemed to have the upper hand from what I could tell. O’Connor wasn’t terribly sharp, but St. Fleur ran hard, and Minucci is really quick…St Fleur looks like a player to me. Both 50 and 56 on defense were injured, although it didn’t look like 50 was serious...

Totally agree...he would have been one of the all-time greats at UD. Really sorry it didn't work out for him in Newark.

Re: KT's Football Article: 4/12/24

Saturday in the Stadium was Silver, Watson and St Fluer getting the reps. Yarns sitting out but looked ok. Staff Very high on incoming FR Greg Spiller Thanks John...definitely seems like a position of strength. Odd that there was no mention of RBs in the article. Must have been an oversight. Hard n...

Re: Hens Offseason

Looks like a nice pickup for MI and staff. Now let’s go get some size and physicality in the post. And some more 3 point shooters!!! No time to lick your wounds over Davis and Drumgoole. Time to get to work!!!

Sounds like you’ll have something to occupy your time then. Good luck on the Texas Holdem circuit.

Who is gonna bash you for providing facts? We might not like it, but we will have to figure out how to play by the new rules pretty quick.

Re: Gerald Drumgoole, Jr.

Feels like there are 2 options…1) we can cry about how unfair the system is to mid-majors and cancel our season tickets, or 2) the staff gets after it and leaves no stone unturned in rebuilding and competing. Which will hopefully result in people keeping their tickets. I’m always gonna remain optimi...
