This hurts more for a mid-major. Power conference schools lose guys all the time but have the top 100 recruits coming in each year to take their place. Delaware gets a player like Darling about every 6-8 years. I respect his decision and wish him the best but as a fan of a program, it's hard to feel...

I'm sure there are UAB fans pissed off Darling left. Just as there are Delaware fans pissed off Daly left and now Mutts.

Transfers are the new normal. Ingelsby needs to build a solid core and add an impact transfer each year. That's the game.
