Re: Hens Lacrosse 2026
Transfer Portal: Inside Lacrosse tracks all of the moves and I haven't seen anything to or from Delaware or any with our new A10 Conference schools. Edit: Just lost one: Noah Plenn, A, Fr. to St. John's He is not listed on the roster (maybe removed after entering the portal) and did not appear in t...

Hens Lacrosse 2026
Just some quick notes for next season: Not sure who is and who isn't returning next year. I would assume that most of the seniors and grads will move on. I have heard that Matt Montgomery might be returning for another year after sitting out all of last year with an injury. Interestingly, Jason Kola...

Re: Drexel - tonight
The Hens wasted a year when they had the best faceoff unit in the country. The good: Faceoffs and the amount of shots they got off in a game, team effort (team consistently played hard) The bad: Shooting percentage was one of the lowest in D1 26%, Defense looked absolutely lost at times with missed ...

Re: #15/16 Penn: Sat 2/22 noon at the Tub
Except for face offs, most game stats were fairly even. This is where stats can be very deceiving. The Hens won 13 of 15 faceoffs but turned the ball over almost immediately several times from aggressive wing play from the Quakers. These were short possessions that led to zero offensive chances. Al...

Re: #15/16 Penn: Sat 2/22 noon at the Tub
This Saturday the Hens meet up with the Penn Quakers at the Tub for the 28th time dating back to 1951. Delaware has won three of the last five games but were beaten 11-10 last year at Franklin Field in a back-and-forth game that ended with a last-second pipe from Mike Robinson just before the final ...

Re: UTAH Opener
I couldn't watch all of the game, and am less knowledgeable on the rules. Could someone explain the stick violation? Well, I don’t know the details but the refs had a tape measure checking the length and I suspect they also checked the depth of the net pocket. Thanks '77 I believe that there are tw...

UTAH Opener
The Fighting Blue Hens open up the ’25 season this Saturday in Salt Lake City against the upstart Utah Utes, who are coming off a huge opening weekend 19-13 win over THE Ohio State University (it’s funnier to say it that way after a loss). Coach DeLuca is travelling to Utah with a relatively young a...

Re: Game Thread: Albany
Might be the dumbest and worst tackling Delaware team that I have ever seen.
Ridiculous penalties from fake tough guys every week. Really tough to watch. Any team can run all day on these guys.
