Re: 1971 Starting OL & 1972 Starting LBers

John, sounds like you still have a collection of old programs like me ...

Man, I miss those old media guides, too!

Re: Final Scrimmage?

Will Knight was the best player in the scrimmage tonight IMO. Pat Kehoe threw real well both on long and intermediate routes, ran the option real well and looked real comfortable. Henderson also had moments but didn't throw as consistent. Mario Farinella played about half the snaps after missing Sa...

Re: INCOMING FRESHMAN

We've seen a comment questioning Pribula's height, can anyone comment on his passing and movement in practices? Also, Paoletti has to be developing pretty well by now, right? I stood behind the QB’s for all the drills on Saturday (which lasted quite a while) specifically to watch how each threw. Pr...

Re: Final Scrimmage?

On Saturday, DR said that they would get out in the stadium Tuesday night under the lights “and get some kicks and do some things like that.” He also said : “We had a “march the field” scrimmage on Thursday, and then we did this today, and then, on Tuesday, we’ll have another “march the field” situa...

Re: New Practice Update Thread

Names missing from the roster that was handed out Saturday: 43 Kadeem Neill; 45 Patrick Mead; 50 Matt Bowe; 64 Mitchell Volino.

They are no longer on the official roster on the Bluehens.com web site either, so I assume they are gone.

Re: New Practice Update Thread

I see Robinson listed 3rd on RB depth chart despite the positive reports about his weight loss and early running. Has Knight been able to come in and quickly pass him on the chart? I don't think the depth chart means very much at that position. It's a 3-headed monster. I think their roles and playi...

Re: INCOMING FRESHMAN

KT and I interviewed DR after the practice on Saturday and one of the questions was about the freshmen. I asked specifically about Coe, because he was getting reps as both a punter and kicker (and because, until his junior year, he played at my local high school - Red Land). When this year's recruit...

Re: KT's Top 100 and Copyright Policy

So, today, KT started with O-linemen. Here is a link to the article. https://www.delawareonline.com/story/sports/2019/08/16/ud-football-top-100-university-delaware-offensive-linemen/1991727001/ He had 14. My list had 15. We agreed on 12, although I can’t argue with his, just as I don’t think he can...

Re: Live Construction Footage

I believe that, in future stadium enhancements, the end zone seating areas are to be enlarged, which would expand seating. What I am unsure of is whether there is a plan to modify the East stands similar to the West, which would then result in a decrease there. Since I cannot make it to the TD Club ...

KT's Top 100 and Copyright Policy

Really looking forward to KT's series on the Top 100. He told me how much he appreciated everyone's input. He will be breaking his list out by position - be on the lookout for the first installment on Friday. Also, he had asked that we be cognizant of copyright infringement concerns. It is pretty si...

Re: Top 100 all-time Blue Hens

I submitted my Top 100 to KT in a spreadsheet via email. As a memory jogger, I used the following (linked from Bluehens.com / football / info central / all time records). https://bluehens.com/documents/2018/5/31//fbrecords.pdf?id=6770 I would have liked to also use All-Time Letter Winners, but the l...

Re: New Practice Update Thread

I am excited to see both QB's play, and to hear Coach Rocco talk about them, Henderson will not just be used in mop-up situations, but as an integral part of the game plan. There will even be times that we will see both QB's on the field at the same time. The amount of playing time Henderson sees wi...

Re: New Practice Update Thread

Thanks, guys - much appreciated! Who has been running with the “1’s” at the 3rd LB spot? I read something about Palmer, and also saw that Poindexter has been moved from safety to LB. How have those guys looked? Man, we are going to be young there. I expect to see a lot of talent and energy, accompan...

New Practice Update Thread

Since the last thread was hijacked / detoured / etc., etc. I thought I’d start a new one.

So far this training camp, it seems we haven’t been getting the number of cogent updates from those who regularly attend that we have in the past. I, for one, would appreciate any such observations.
