BBall tickets

I was thinking about going to tomorrow's game vs Bridgewater College.

Can I buy tickets at the door and choose my own seat or do I have to buy them before hand?

Re: Men's Hoops 19-20

I think the biggest question for me is who will handle the backup PG duties on this roster? Even if Horton isn’t as big a loss as some of you are saying, aren’t they down to only 1 PG in Anderson? Also, I may be in the minority here but I expect Painter to have a big year once eligible to play. Unle...

Re: Andrew Carr

Just watched some highlights from him that I found on YouTube. Seems like a very active, fundamentally sound, stretch 4 who can play the post a bit as well. Good get for the Blue Hens. Welcome on board! Here's the link if anyone wants to check it out: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=and...

Re: 2020 Recruits

Roesing will be narrowing his list to 5 and plans to take officials to all 5 schools. Of his 12 offers, He said Delaware, Wagner, Duquesne and UMASS are recruiting him the hardest. Roesing is considered one of the top shooters in the class. https://scoopmantv.com/2019/07/28/roesing-narrowing-down-s...

Horton down to 2 schools

According to Adam Zagoria, Horton will be choosing between Pitt and Arkansas. Horton said he'll be making his decision in the next week and a half. Good luck to him. I believe Horton can be an impact player in any conference in the nation. My guess is he ends up at Pitt. https://www.zagsblog.com/201...

Re: Horton transferring

@dovetail, I think that's a bit of a stretch. Good school and coaching staff but the facilities are not the top in the league and don't compete with many across the nation. The attendance and fan support at home games have been rather poor. And some kids just want to play in a more competitive confe...

Re: Horton transferring

Huge loss for the program. I was fan of Horton since he played in high school. I always thought he could of played a significant role in a bigger conference but to me it seemed like he was more than content here..guess I was wrong The problem for the Hens now is that they don't have a backup PG on t...

Re: NBA Draft

Very good look for the CAA. I actually think both guys have a good chance of being on the roster come opening night When I watched Justin Foreman-Wright play last season I always thought he would be an NBA player one day. Scoring and shooting is the name of the game today and he was one of the best ...

Re: 2019 Recruits

darth, I agree that Horton and Allen would excel at the A10 level. I do however, think Hyland is a big time player. His ability to create for others is what separates them from from those 2 in my opinion

Nah'shon Hyland, Delaware's top high school recruit and Delaware's player of the Year, committed to VCU. He had UD on his list since the beginning but it came down to VCU and UConn

Re: Extending the three-point arc

I like it. Prepares the kids for the pros and makes the 3 ball a more challenging shot. Expect %'s to go down across the nation

Re: Eric Carter - Sixers

Wow. Even though I know a workout doesn't guarantee anything as far as drafting or signing a player, the fact that Eric Carter is getting looked at by a team at the highest level in a professional sport says a lot about him and the work he's put in during his time here. These scouts and coaches don'...

Re: Reggie Gardner

Having someone on the team that has played in the NCAA tourney twice is always nice. Another guard on a guard heavy roster however..but depth is always a good problem to have right?

Hoping to see some more bigs added at some point especially after losing Veretto

Re: Ebby Asamoah

Watched some game tape on this kid..this young man can play on both ends of the floor. From what I've read it seems like many people see him as a sleeper who was under recruited. Athletic scorer, who can shoot as well as slash. Welcome aboard!
