Re: Voluntary Pay Cuts at UD

Sure shows an emphasis on football with that salary. Must be nice to make what Rocco makes with such little results. Yeah, no kidding. Over half a million a year and no playoff wins over three seasons. Dude is straight up stealing from the University. I really hope we have a season, so he can go ah...

Re: Hero Sports realignment article has UD in the American

No way App State and Georgia Southern end up in different conferences. They're attached at the hip and are bitter rivals. It would be a blast if we ended up in a conference with both of them though! Alas, as somebody mentioned earlier though, it sounds a bit snobbish, but they're not really our acad...

Re: Live Construction Footage

No one working at the WAC today. First Saturday in several weeks that the site is not busy. Perhaps they know that the reasons to rush are now behind us? On a similar note, I live downstate and work (well, worked - I'm 100% telework now during the crisis) in DC a few days a week. As such, I cross t...

Re: Live Construction Footage

No doubt some business was lost with The Starboard canceling several of their activities. I was simply refuting on the previous page that the Delaware beaches were dead this weekend, as they obviously were not. They were bustling. Case closed. Your response to HenJohn's causal comment was directly ...

Re: Live Construction Footage

OK- Another case of someone wanting to be right rather than correct. From a patron who actually resides in Dewey and was a participant at the St Patty's Starboard Bash .......... Yes it was open but only until 7:00 PM on Saturday but none of the usual tents , bands and extras for St Patty's Day wer...

Re: Live Construction Footage

Have a few buddies that went down to Dewey this weekend. Said it was dead compared to most years. I'm not saying it wasn't down a little, but it was not dead at all. Again, the line to get in Starboard was halfway down the block and OC was hopping like crazy. I was there, so I know. I don't need to...

Re: Live Construction Footage

Guess its all relative to what you are used to seeing. I am guessing the night time was hopping even more. More important things to argue about. Agreed. Why isn't the f'ing press box finished yet? And why wasn't it designed to be bigger? Seriously, one level and it doesn't even extend the width of ...

Re: Live Construction Footage

As someone there very year it was NOT as good as it usually is. Trust me. It was busy as hell. Just letting people know the truth. I'm not even sure it was very smart to have the businesses open, but open they were and activity was high. Have a few buddies that went down to Dewey this weekend. Said...
