Looks like a great guy but certainly lacks real experience as a DL coach. Was hoping to land someone with a successful record as a position coach in the FCS or preferably the FBS.

I'll double down on that rooney. His earlier success has led to more defensive attention then he can handle.

We have an 11 game schedule, with 7 home games and it is a traditional FCS schedule most transitioning FCS schools play.
