I might’ve missed it in the box score but Chris Ludman didn’t throw this weekend.
He threw 4 1/3 of 1 hit ball Friday.
I missed that...thank you.

He’s finding his groove coming out of the pen

That's great new about the 5 seniors coming back. There are redshirt juniors and also a graduate student on the roster, so, by the 5 seniors, I assume you mean Baker, Vaccone, Goan, Schaible, and Wakeley?

I got to one game this year, the last one, and also stopped by for the end of the last football practice. It is so nice to walk around the fields on a nice early spring day, and see the activity by lacrosse, softball, baseball, football practice. That updated baseball facility is so beautiful, and I miss all of it right now.

There are 3 redshirt juniors, Hutchins, Marti, and DiFebbo. Redshirt juniors are usually academic seniors, although they can come back another year to play baseball if they will not graduate on time or choose to go to graduate school. Some years, we lose a few redshirt juniors because they choose to graduate and move on. Will those players be back also?

I wanted to see Billy Sullivan one more time for the Hens. He’s off to the draft

If he comes back, he will be one of the finest strikeout pitchers to ever come through Newark, up there with the likes of Steve Taylor and Bill Brakeley. His arm is still recovering, but his fastball was phenomenal for a college pitcher before his injury. He threw 100 mph in practice.

MLB has announced that there will only be 5 rounds in the draft as a money saving move(?). Presumably that increases the odds that Sullivan could be pitching for UD in Spring 2021 assuming that colleges are back to "normal" by then.

And the signing bonuses for those signed as free agents after 5 rounds this year is a maximum of $20,000.
