Kates Tonight 10-11

' I thought maybe I had stumbled into the wrong interview when Danny evaluated the OL tonight.

They played terrible against Stony but very , very talented individuals . Preseason he suggested to McCorkle they may be the most talented group he's had in the past 10 years.

Lack of communication & trust with each other plus newness to schemes is his verdict for the poor performance so far. WOW !

Stunning comments Rick. Thanks for sharing.
Let's once again play the hard, physical, dominating football that we have been known for.

Precisely. This is pure motivational speech by DR. I have come to believe that he is brilliant in his choice of what to say, and when and where to say it.

He wants to turn this program every bit as much as we want to see it turned around. It may not all happen this year, but it will happen.

Evidently, he speech to the defense at halftime at Stony didn't hurt either.

It was fascinating to watch that happen last light. Danny was doing a fan radio show, but he was talking directly to his OL in that moment. And 77 is exactly right; the stick came 1st, then came the carrot.

He may be the best communicator I have known in my life. Every word is thought out, has a purpose and is said in a manner everyone can comprehend.

When asked about the halftime speech, a not to be named person that has been with Rocco for a while said "Might have been the best one I ever heard him give"

The O-line has been challenged this week ... hoping they respond like the defense did at Stony Brook to Rocco's halftime challenge.
