The only way Lamar Jackson beats out Flacco is if Joe quits or gets hurt. The Ravens having two backups that are the same failed mode (running QB’s not named Russel Wilson) shows the same degree of respect as Dave Brock’s ‘Let’s recruit small, quick OL for a team that can only run the ball and has to dominate the line of scrimmage. Ozzie drafted a very good athlete.
