he has ZERO coaching experience. DB coach? maybe, but not DC....

Rocco hiring a DC not named Mike Adams that has zero coaching experience would blow up this board. Just because he’s a Hen wouldn’t magically make that a good idea.

If Pops has the passion to Coach, and every coach that’s a family man must have the passion for the job because the hours suck, then I hope he finds his way here someday.

Says he wants to be a GM...I would think he'll look to Veach for some first hand training.

Great career and my favorite Blue Hen of all-time. Congrats Pops.

Experience is overrated!

He would be better than anything we’ve seen recently and I bet my last dollar the kids would wanna play for him.
recruiting recruiting recruiting...It ain't rocket science....We need better more athletic players...That simple....
