Other than Mauro, anyone know how many "total scholarships" the others received?

Thanks Much!

#97 is still around. Maybe just a clerical error.

In 2+ years how hasn’t Henderson gained some weight or muscle??

The weights listed on the roster don't mean diddly. Seems like we have to say that every season a couple of times.

I understand Covatto is indeed done.

I liked Covatto. While Mauro was listed as a "Kat" he lined up more like a D-lineman. So since last year we have lost Mauro, Kitchen, Ashworth (mid-season) and Covatto. Any projection on who might step up/or make the rotation for D-line?

For those looking for some numbers on the good side. Manny's Lafayette team had 30 sacks last season ( 3 against CAA teams) . UD- 6.

The DL is very much about a sizeable group that hasn't played up to expectations largely due to injuries. Hemingway, Nance , Morris , Walsh, Burton & Coomer are all underachievers so far in their careers. Do they rise up if they are healthy? Do the freshman make an impact ? Do we add a transfer?

Nothing will really be answered until the first game.

The red shirt freshman an the true freshman should give help. Broses brother should be a stud on the d line for 4 year. He is 6'2' 290 all muscle. Macnamara and hall should help out too. This freshman class should be on the defensive side of the ball.

Henzone, a little premature don't you think? Nance & Coomer were true Fr last season, played little, & red-shirted. Walsh played little as a true Fr. in 2018 and red-shirted. Not sure how much Walsh played in 2019, but he is only a R-So this year. Hopefully these three at least will show us what they have in 2020 and beyond. IMHO, too soon to label them as "underachievers" this early in their careers. Your assessment of Hemingway, Morris, & Burton, however, appears reasonable.

I thought that Corvatto would develop into a stud in the middle. Sorry to see at least Corvatto, Mauro, & Gilmore not coming back.

The Class years of many players on the Spring Roster appear to be incorrect. This is especially true for the True Freshmen last season who redshirted and should be R-Fr in 2020 but are shown as "So".

Not sure but in additon to Mauro I believe that Gilmore & Corvette were on schollies. I don't believe that any others were.

Coach Rocco noted in the December recruiting press conference that Fintan Brose and Jack Hall could contribute and probably will.

Thats encouraging news, looks like Lafayette had a head coach that didn’t get in the way of Rojas aggressive play to win style

Covatto was an asset when he played and will be missed. DR appeared to like him a lot whenever asked about him. Unfortunately, he couldn’t stay on the field due to injuries. Career-ending injury is my guess as to why he’s no longer on the team, if he is indeed gone.
