The six million upgrades will start this summer and an additional four million was requested.

I am mind blown that what they want to happen is going to cost $10m. $6m was already allocated.

I wanna know what the budget for each item they want to do. Example, how much is the lighting going to cost, how much for the field turf etc.

I guess $10m isnt bad compared to Oklahoma building a new one for $46m
