The offense was the biggest problem last year. We ranked 5th in the CAA in many offensive categories which is uncharacteristic of our past teams. Hopefully, we can find a way to score this year which unfortunately wasn’t the case in our first game of the season.

That’s a bad loss to a poor PSU team who won’t be ranked whenever the new poll comes out. Tough weekend trip to Iowa upcoming.

The Hens have a relatively young team and should get better as the season progresses which is usually the case with Rolf’s teams. They found some offense finally against Penn State which is encouraging. Penn State may not ultimately be a top 20 team but they aren’t terrible either. They lost 2-1 against two top 20 teams in Virginia and Syracuse and 4-1 against St. Joseph, another likely top 20 team.
