Myrtle Beach feels right to me. Probably against another 6-6 team from Sunbelt or MAC. I'm thinking Georgia Southern or maybe Coastal, except they fired their coach today.
Nick will get a lot of attention for his outstanding year, and as a result, there should a lot of eyes on the game.
The UD offense will make for an entertaining game for viewers.

Good call. And there is a pretty good history between the two programs having played each other multiple times in the FCS playoffs.
Wondering if any of our players will opt of the bowl game. If they plan to transfer, seems to be a trend. What else does a guy like Minicucci (not suggesting he is leaving) have to prove?

That was one of my favorite things to watch last year in Bowl season. seeing the 2nd and third string guys ball out for some of those schools. Some new guys may get some really good opportunities to play if that;s the case. Lots of seniors on both sides of the ball for the Hens so may not be as big of an issue this season.
I definitely would like to see them move the transfer period after bowl season to make it a little more fair to the schools involved.
Myrtle Beach would be my #1 choice if we can be choosy, at least a warm weather bowl game!
CUSA has tie-ins with
- Bahamas Bowl vs MAC
- Hawaii Bowl vs Mountain West
- New Orleans Bowl vs Sun Belt
- Frisco Bowl vs G5
With 7 bowl-eligible teams in CUSA this year, we could also see an auxiliary bowl like:
- 68 Ventures Bowl vs MAC or Sun Belt
- Birmingham Bowl vs American or SEC
- Boca Raton Bowl vs G5
- Camellia Bowl vs MAC or Sun Belt
- Cure Bowl vs G5
- Fenway Bowl vs ACC or American
- Gasparilla Bowl vs ACC, American, SEC
- Armed Forces Bowl vs AAC
- Myrtle Beach Bowl vs American, MAC or Sun Belt
- New Mexico Bowl vs Mountain West
- Independence Bowl vs Army or Big 12
- First Responder Bowl vs G5
The only one I'd really not want is the Frisco Bowl. After moving up to FBS, to have to go back to Frisco, TX, which isn't even the home of the FCS title game, for our first bowl game would be sadly ironic. Even more so, the game is being played in the Dallas Cowboys practice facility (it's a 12,000 seat indoor stadium). That's almost like playing in a Boardwalk Bowl and made worse by cowboys crap all over the stadium. That would be really hard to stomach.
Hawaii Bowl would be interesting - couldn't get out there, but talk about making Christmas Eve a little different. I saw a site also had us in the Fenway Bowl - I would be opposed to that.
You know a term I haven’t heard recently is “meaningless bowl game”.
The tide is apparently turning and more folks are finally getting on board and/or the true non-believers have left or just decided to stay silent and not continue to look silly?

2 things can be true
Just because the FBS move was the right thing to do, the fan base seems to really like it, The stadium was full and the food tasted better at the tailgates, doesn’t mean a football fan can’t be looking forward to the Villanova at Lehigh game this Saturday…
recruiting recruiting recruiting...It ain't rocket science....We need better more athletic players...That simple....
