A glaring weakness in Title IX

Post by dovetail » Wed Mar 13, 2019 4:20 pm

Almost every school has added sports in order to comply with the gender based allocation of athletic scholarship dollars mandated by the law. I guess it didn't take long for the sharpies to see holes in it. The admissions scandal seems to be concentrated in under the radar, little watched sports with little national recruiting coverage as is the case with football and basketball. The "coaches" took advantage of the fact that for athletic scholarships at many schools, entrance requirements are less strict. The whole thing stinks to the high heavens and I hope for justice sake that the IRS is looking into tax returns that claimed a "donation" was made to such and such athletic program by the parents of these privileged snobs.
