Carr drops 20 points including the game winner with 1.3 seconds left as Wake Forest beats Appalachian State.

Big night for Andrew - game was on ACC network.

Andrew cause a turnover with 2.3 seconds left & then hits game winning shot in last second. Finished with 20 points. Martin can sure recruit talent. UD must move up, if they want to retain the talent, Martin recruits! #GoHens

agree, though who knows if we dominate the CAA if we then became a target for other conferences( where we should have been a member for many years) :roll:

Nice dream, but what could UD bring to the ACC in terms of significant additional TV revenue which seems to be what conference affiliations (especially at the higher levels) are all about now?

Nah it’s the Big Ten… I’ve heard there is a standing offer for us to join but they only want us packaged with Notre Dame

Good point. I believe all teams share revenue on the new ACC network. Hens will have no problem packing the house. What a great dream as a basketball fan.

Hens check many boxes for the ACC conference: Geographic location, school size, academics, juicy Philadelphia/Baltimore market, successful and competitive sports teams. I’m think ACC may be losing 2-3 teams because of realignment. I think Hens could receive strong consideration if they lobbied to the ACC higher ups.

Yes, this game will be on the ACC Network at 6:30 Tuesday

Carr follows up a great outing and game winner with a clunker , 5 pts on 2-12 shooting. Wake gets blown out by Rutgers.

Carr puts up 10 and 7 as Wake beats Duke by double digits. I’m sure he’s not looking in the rear view mirror
