Campbell is a playoff game. Sitting at 7-2 this is a must win for a playoff berth. Lose and with Daddy coming for the season finale the Hens are out. Win and you finish 8-3 and host a first round game.
UD to FBS. I never thought I’d see the day

On to Schitt’s Creek, NC go the Hens. A big opportunity squandered yesterday. From lofty #5 to “backs to the wall” time. Let’s see how the team responds.

Campbell has given up 103 points in their last two games. This is a team built on transfers with nothing left to play for. Regardless of who is injured, UD need to get on their **** early and often and make this a decisive win.

Sadly, nothing has changed that much, offense may be more exciting but same results, cant win the big ones year after year, very real possibility the Hens lose to Campbell and Nova. FBS

It’s sad to see people say that this is the same old Delaware team as the last several years. . This team has character, and doesn’t give up. Yes the schedule is soft this year, but we beat the previous teams like good teams should have. We were never expected to beat Penn State, and take away those 3 turnovers last week, the Elon game probably had a different outcome. Let’s enjoy the last two games, and cheer on this young team that WILL MAKE PLAYOFFS!!

Lots of interesting posts since Saturday's loss.

What I find disappointing is that some of our seemingly devoted posters are just looking for a nudge up the chart. Suggesting we're going to make the playoffs for the 2nd year consecutively is nothing but a weak goal ( last happened 2003-2004) Especially considering the stinky schedule. No wonder the last 3 coaches were terminated if they couldn't accomplish that. Isn't there a couple dozen teams in the bracket now?

QB will always be a position of controversy but why not let Ryan Carty decide who deserves to be out on the field? Marker does not need a campaign manager to play.

People are not questioning the character of the players, just taken aback by the unusual confusion & poor play on the field Saturday.

All season long this team and Ryan have been treated with the respect deserved cumulated with the expectations that this was going to be a special season. It's been very difficult to confirm those thoughts along the way and Saturday punched a good size question mark in the balloon. I'm with those that are asking for 2 more regular season wins . Less then that opens the gate to a lot of bad speculation throughout the offseason regardless of pounding some nobody in the opening playoffs.

Getting healthy would be huge for our Hens

That next man up motto only goes so far before it breaks

The multiple injuries are decreasing that talent gap that Carty likes to speak of, when the playing field is leveled talent wise, the coaching is amplified. The season is resting in the hands of Ryan Carty more so than ever

Is it possible that the Humps' mascot Gaylord derives his name from former SF Giant/HoF spitballer Gaylord Perry? I read online somewhere that both he and brother Jim attended Campbell.

Had had a pleasant first-hand encounter with two other Perry brothers at an Orioles ballgame in the mid-'70s. That's another story for another time.
