Carr - 20 points @ Wake Forest
Horton - 17 points @ U Texas, Austin
Nelson - 14 points @ TCU.

At least Martin has an eye for talent!

Jameer Nelson has not been starting at TCU the last 5 games or so and had just 3 points last night in their game. Not sure what happened there

He could join the ladies' team with those numbers.

That’s a shame. Imagine how it would’ve looked if he was here with our current squad now

Jameel’s problem recently has been too many turnovers.

But not how to coach them up I guess!

not surprising as Jameer could go "off" on any given night- both positively and negatively. That's an example of a coach identifying this inconsistency. Then either yanking him on an off night or making it clear to him( at a TO) not to shoot other to avoid a 30 second violation.

Just viewing our teams performances this season unfortunately provide examples of this same issue with a certain number of our players.

Nelson had a nice game in upset of Tx Tech. Still needs help from the foul line. Wasn't his dad a good foul shooter?

I watched the game. Nice win. He was 2-9 shooting with 10 points. Not his best effort. No longer starting

I don't follow the NIL stuff, but

I thought he had 365,000 reasons to go to TCU, sounds to me like a wise decision :!:

I believe the NBA rookie salary is $950k. It’s only a matter of time until someone stays in college because it pays better.
