Monmouth Hawks

Post by Info Hound »

Big game on Saturday. We are both 5-4 in conference.

Monmouth has already beaten: Towson, Hofstra and Drexel. The coach's son, Xander Rice, is a killer.

Should be fun, I hope.

In conference, Monmouth is 5-0 at home and 0-4 away. A needed win for the Hens.

Must win. Can’t let Rice have a huge day and can’t let the two foreign born big men dominate on the boards.

Will be there with the whole family. The two grandkids are part of the “Future Blue Hens Club”. It is an awesome deal as UD tries to grow the fan base. My son and DIL get four tickets to any men’s and women’s game they want for only $40 per kid per season. They have been to a few games including the women’s game last Sunday where the kids participated in a pre game cheer clinic and with the cheer squad during the game.it was really cool.

My Grandkids are part of that Future Bluehens Club too 79. It's a good deal. They loved the Swag they got from it. Maybe I'll see you there.

Whoops! Wrong thread.
Tubby: 3 national titles, one won on the field, all D2
Keeler: 3 national titles, all won on the field, one as a player, two as a coach, 1 D2, 2 FCS
Carty: 2 on-field national titles, one as a player, one as an OC, both FCS

Carty - get an FBS bowl win!

4pt lead at the half. R and R leading our O. Lane appears able to eat these guys up, but he has to stay out of foul trouble(2). Rice held their big man out due to 2 pfs.
could be an interesting 2nd half.

Ties at 55. Entertaining game. Monmouth is pretty good offensively.

Great game. Back and forth.

All this time we've been on Flo now and we still can't fix the audio issues? This is pathetic. I can barely hear the game then the commercials blow your ear drums out. Can't wait to move to ESPN+

Good win for UD. But… college hoops needs a better solution for the end of games. How about no referee huddles and each team can challenge one thing in the last two minutes. Or to end the foul parade you play to a number like the TBT tournament.
UD to FBS. I never thought I’d see the day

Lots of missed foul shots and we have real trouble inbounding on a press. Nice crowd today good ro get the win.

We kept pace. Now on to Towson.

Charleston had to squeak one out in Williamsburg.

Drexel plays at UNCW and at Charleston next week.
