Happy for the AD. Glad she got “FCS” recognition; she will be irrelevant in “FBS”.

Last time I heard, there are 5 female AD’s in the power 5. She will be the next, it's only a matter of time 👀

She deserves the credit for moving UD into the 21st century.

Hard to imagine anyone having an issue with her receiving such an award. It took a lot of confidence, energy, research, coordination, relationship building and salesmanship (and more) to start our transition, and it will take a lot more to complete it.

Congrats, Chrissi! Well done.
Tubby: 3 national titles, one won on the field, all D2
Keeler: 3 national titles, all won on the field, one as a player, two as a coach, 1 D2, 2 FCS

Absolutely everything she’s doing here is definitely a résumé builder to move up. I just hope she can get us established in FBS before she leaves. We need a good transition to be successful.

I believe that Chrissi with some reasonable and relatively modest financial incentive will stay. She is enjoying the challenges at Delaware without being in a pressure cooker.

Well stated, sir.

Yes, Ms. Rawak has convinced, coerced, and otherwise dragged the Hullihens kicking and screaming from an early 1970s AD approach into the 2020s...or at least the late 1990s! A monumental task by any measure.

Keeping her in Newark will be a challenge if a big money competitor comes calling with an extra 0 at the end of whatever she's making at UD.

One of the factors that may help keep Ms. Rawak at UD is her family in the region (in nearby PA I believe).

Universities hire couples all the time. Want to hire a great professor? Better find a "position" for their spouse. Our campus is littered with couples.

Slight challenge having them both report to the same boss, but is has been done before.

Congrats to the AD boss lady, well deserved for all the infrastructure improvement and bolder vision for UD athletics. The WAC and FBS move are major accomplishments that UD never pursued until she arrived. She has done mostly everything right except bring in coaches that can win at the equivalent of the support provided.

On the field highlights are a Field Hockey NC, one men's and one women basketball NCAA tournament appearance, and 3 playoff football teams, 2 of which that made it to the second round. Thats not much on field for 8 years..... Glad she did the right thing and got rid of Rocco when she did, one more year of him would have been a disaster.

In the power 5 winning is the most important thing and that part of her resume is not strong. This has to be a make-or-break year for both the Mens and Womens basketball coaches. Not convinced this football coaching staff is FBS quality. We shall see how she grows and remedies these issues over the next few years, she will probably still be here.

C’mon…you aren’t looking at the whole picture. You have to add the men’s lacrosse success. 3 CAA championships (two tournament championships and another regular season top finish), two NCAA playoff appearances with a NCAA playoff victory over 2nd ranked Georgetown and two well played, tough losses). The men’s soccer team has done well with their new coach…the women’s softball team is 21-7 and 8-1 in conference. Plenty to be happy about. Oh, and we did make the semis in football with Rocco. Plus, we are adding a coach with a good resume to our new women’s ice hockey team.

Heck, I think the Trap and Skeet club team has done well, too.
