They actually played much better the week before against Wake Forrest. 185 yards rushing and 22 first downs. Delaware should win and should win comfortably, but I think A&T is better than many think. Not good....just better.

It’s a CAA road game. History tells us we gotta do more than show up. How many posters drove to Rhode Island to see an automatic Hens win during Rhodies hapless years, and remember that miserable drive home after a loss. Don’t tell me we are better; show me we are better.

Just part of the process of getting ready for next year and beyond. This is a game where we need to show up, start firing at the get-go, and leave no doubt that we're a far superior team. Make it like the Bryant game but wearing road uniforms. Win and win convincingly.

I agree with you, looked a little better than Bryant, but just as boring. Who knows but I’m going with a 34-6 win for the Hens

They had a nice crowd for their opener against Winston-Salem, if they Camels showed up would they allow smoking in the stands? Who’s taking the Tobacco Road down to North Carolina this Saturday?

Carib, don't ask how I did it but I'm a Duke football fan too (dad played there in the 60's) and I convinced my wife to go to the Delaware game at 1 and then the Duke game vs UCONN at 6. Doubleheader.

Rain in the forecast on Saturday in Greensboro. Temperatures in the mid-70's. Natural grass field. Rain predicted Friday as well.

Ugh a slop fest would help A&T I believe

But on second thought just Tee it up behind our OL and let our 3 RBs pound them ala Dan Reeder in the 1982 Ruston, Louisiana monsoon

I hope it isn't too sloppy...but was thinking the same thing...it would give A&T an advantage. Not sure how current the stadium images are online but this is not a high quality grass field either.

NC A&T has a pretty good back in Christian who is averaging about 7.7 yards per carry, including 121 yards rushing against Wake Forest. They dominated the time of possession against Wake Forest 36:21 to 23:39 minutes. I’d expect they’ll try to do the same against us, using a run and short pass oriented offense.

The field looked alright from the sofa but who knows what happens if the rains come

They reported 21,500 in attendance for the home opener
