Well the scheduling philosophy we saw in the spring seems to be short lived.

I saw the volleyball schedule release today - travelling to Kansas...

Re: Paid athletes?

Well…that didn’t take long - College sports turned into a meat market in hours. Firms and marketing companies are swooping in and securing athletes. Social media is something to behold today, it’s Signing Day in July!

Re: Paid athletes?

As predicted, more states are passing laws (up to 8 states now) that say student athletes can get paid for their name and image. Some athletes are ready to go...starting tomorrow. https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/college-athletes-gear-up-for-influx-of-cash-and-pressure-with-name-imag...

The embarrassments at Hartefeld, Klondike Kates
Seriously bringing up tipping and parking spaces AGAIN!!! I’m sure those “scandals” will keep KC out of the Hall….haha.

Go on summer vacation and escape your hell of KC being a defending National Championship coach again.

Thanks, Rich.

Varied start times mean different meal planning for tailgates.

bluehenbillk...when's Scrapplefest?
Hey Cluck - it'll be one of the three 1pm games for sure

Supposedly Central Connecticut & Wagner have offered him as well as Western Illinois.

Looking forward to a promising fall 2021 season! The Rutgers game is a 3:30pm start and is a Big Ten Network telecast.

Re: Will Knight?

What other board would really tolerate the attacks on the current head coach who won the CAA while at the same time peppering the posts with a barrage of ongoing superlatives for a former fired one? This speaks volumes to me. I just envision a sad man that needs professional counseling. I don’t kno...

Re: Sam Houston JMU

Thanks for the link Cluck - I listened to all of his comments. Very disappointing that UD handled it like they did, especially from two guys with no to little athletic acumen. But in the end the coaching brotherhood and KC’s network won out. The part I found most interesting was Ryan Carty’s comment...

Nolan is a warrior and a leader. Very glad that we have him. Let's get the OL solidified, and he will really tear it up.

More good times ahead.
I agree...and the question needs to be asked, how many good OL are in the transfer portal??

Re: KC VS ROCCO

Also, KC had and has nothing but the Highest regards for Tubby. I believe it was the same with Tubby toward KC, as Tubby hung around the club house a lot. With Tubby's wit I would not have been surprised that his comment was tung in cheek and he really meant that KC did a great job coaching the kid...

Re: Sam Houston JMU

Either KC gave a halftime locker room speech for the ages; or JMU melted in the Texas heat.

Either way congrats to KC and best of luck in Frisco next week. 98% of UD football fans will be rooting for you!
