Re: 2025 schedule release
A KC Keeler visit to the Tub would have been a sell out, for sure. If Temple were interested in selling some tickets, they'd find a way to arrange a game with the Hens at the Linc at the first available opportunity. More Hen fans in attendance than Owls is the reason it probably won’t happen. Bad o...

Re: Jordan Skolnick Interview - Part 1
“Fans” didn’t complain and cause the change in from the original design; donors did. Outside the university portion and the Ken & Liz Whitney donation, an additional $25m needed to be raised and the folks sitting in those old boxes is where much of that money was going to come from.
Re: Elon
You guys would have a 5 page thread, picking apart the ‘72 Dolphins.
We won
We are 4-2 in conference play
End of discussion
On to Hofstra and Drexel

Re: Elon
That first half all started with defensive focus. IMO we are better offensively when we are focused defensively.

Re: Carty New Contract Extension
I doubt anyone posting so far has read a FCS HC contract and compared one to a FBS HC contract, but in the ones I have read there are big differences. A number of states post their public universities coaches contracts and a few websites gather all the data as well. Boring reading, but educational. ...
Re: Hampton
The taking the ball to the rim we saw at NCA&T was totally missing. There is a huge difference in this group when we attack inside, and kick out when appropriate, versus moving the ball around the perimeter and then hoist up a 3.

Re: 2025 -- Looking Ahead
Good stuff Info. Excited for 2025 and all the new experiences FBS football will bring. One note. After JMU was granted a bowl game, despite not being eligible like we are this year, because there were not enough 6 FBS win teams, the NCAA changed their rules and now allow a 5 FBS team to be given a b...

Re: Future of Bowl Games
Going to a NYD bowl game certainly doesn’t cost as much as it used to. Rose Bowl tickets (Oregon-Ohio State) could be had for $134 and Peach Bowl tickets (Texas-Arizona State) were less than $50.
Re: Monmouth
The most focused we have been on the defensive end and on the boards this season, and it ignited the offensive show we saw.
Kogbara showed signs of what he can be IMO. And Camden showed he’s got a complete game with his passing and board work.
Impressive. On to Monte.

Re: CUSA
Watching SHSU vs LIBERTY and WKU vs JAX STATE this weekend, we do have work to do on both lines to compete for conference championships, but IMO at the skill positions we are not that far behind, if we are behind at all. And the games I watched during the season, we have enough talent to compete wit...

I’ve long suspected we’d see a brand update for move up.Bluewyn Gold wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2024 4:28 pm That is some really horribly designed crapola. Very amateurish; giveaway quality.
Delaware's brand is so stale and needs updating in a serious way if they expect to move merchandise. Yeah, I've had it with the 1990s woodpecker logo.
