March Madness was once the goose that layed the golden egg. The portal, nba one-n-dones, and the continued freezing out of mid-majors in favor of 9th place P5 teams, have all beaten the goose to a pulp. Greed kills.

I don’t know why anyone would want to coach Kentucky men’s basketball. They have the most entitled fan base and donors.
And I agree with Pat, Dawn Staley will be successfully coaching men somewhere. But I wouldn’t wish the Kentucky job on anyone.

Lance Ware 6-9 235 spent 3 years at Kentucky and last year at Villanova. Only averaged 9.6 mpg over 4 years but has played in a lot of games. For years, under several coaches, spring practice has been 15 practices, 3 per week (5 weeks), there are no practices during the spring break week and practice #15 is called the spring game.
