In addition to the section about UD (pages 348-49), on page 2 Phil talks about how he watches football all day on Saturday and included a picture of the 12 TV screens he watches at one time. It was taken on Nov. 29th last fall and one of the games shown (first screen on the upper left) is UTEP at UD.

According to the Rivals On3 site, he is signed, but not enrolled. Don’t know what that means, but doesn’t sound promising, if true. Maybe he still needs to complete some HS course work?
