Bliss is ranked #1 in the NCAA Division I in Minutes per Game averaging 39.3 minutes per game. Macon Emory is 10th and Fernandez is 12th. This team has to be worn out.

Two of our traditionally strong sports programs, men’s lacrosse and softball, are off to rough starts. Hopefully. we can turn things around. We don’t seem to have that strong reliable pitcher we’ve had in recent years. Hopefully, one emerges.

Could we be missing Coach Matt Rewkowski? He was a veteran coach with a lot of experience who helped develop our offensive prowess over the past eight years.

Hens beat Kennesaw State in overtime 65-60.

Not much better in Florida. It was 24 F. in Jacksonville last weekend.

Most of their remaining games are very winnable too except maybe Missouri State. They don’t have to play 1st place Louisiana Tech or 3rd place Sam Houston again either. They get second place Middle Tennessee at home too after beating them on the road.

Thank goodness for Bliss. Bliss is the only player who seems comfortable handling the ball. The turnovers are frustrating. UTEP is struggling shooting the ball but they appear much quicker.

I could be wrong but I believe Alexander was a CB at North Dakota State and most likely was brought in to play CB at Delaware instead of safety.

Hope we can play like this against UTEP. This is a very winnable game and would allow us to climb out of the cellar.
