Re: FBI - New Hampshire
Word on the street is that Carty has a "tip" guy with him whenever he's in public to do the quick math and make sure he's not undertipping, ever. Now he's got to see if the same guy can be a "rude" monitor and nudge him whenever he's not being perfectly considerate at all times. 8)

Re: Poll: In-Game Stadium Experience
One of the coolest things about being in the away stands is that at half the drumline plays under the stands for the duration of time and sometimes more. For those of you that sit on the home side, you should take a walk over some time, it's very cool. The drumline after halftime is cool. I took my...

Re: Poll: In-Game Stadium Experience
I actually wish they would find a way to have the band do the under-the-stands fight song again when they get to the stadium before the game. That easily was one of the best traditions we've ever had. Heck, I remember when even the visiting team's band (back when visiting bands attended games in Ne...

Re: Game Thread: New Hampshire
Was anyone thinking we might go for it at the end of the game on 4th & 1 from midfield and about 19 seconds left? The earlier punt play issues had me thinking about it to be honest especially with UNH with No timeouts Don't think there was one sure-fire option over the other - running for a fir...

Re: Poll: In-Game Stadium Experience
There's way too much piped in music - I appreciate the effort to make things timely, but there's always way too much attention to it. I know they tried to get in Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville since he passed recently, but getting it in off and on between plays on an offensive possession just seems f...

Re: Game Thread: New Hampshire
Just a great, great win. Go down 0-18, have a punt blocked, fumble a sure TD through the endzone, and you still beat a team as talented as UNH. That's just a fantastic win, and as Ralph said earlier, what a resilient win. Carty has this team really believing they can win every time they're on the fi...

Re: UNH
Game notes are up but apparently Ryan is not interested in updating his depth chart for us fans. Another day and another post by HZ trying to nitpick Carty. Where was this daily negativity during the lost decade under Brock and Rocco? Does it take more energy to be a lapdog or to be a bitter old ma...

Re: Old Time Photos
Those hedges were distinctively Delaware. What happened to them? If they are good enough for Georgia, the are certainly good enough for us. Yes, agreed. The renovation project apparently did not like the hedges, they were removed then. It’s a shame, they added a bit of class to the sideline. +1 Agr...

Re: Arm Chair QB
I've always liked 4 man fronts at any level of football. You do need to make sure you have the players for it though. Not sure if it's a problem of not being able to get the personnel for it or just not looking for them in the first place. The 3-3-5 has it's uses and it can be productive, I just don...

Re: Old Time Photos
Loved those photos. Heck, I still love that old scoreboard that just showed the score, the time, and the downs/yards to go. And when they used to have guys walking up and down the steps selling concessions. HaHa - you love that old scoreboard? I like the new one, they programmed more into it after ...
Re: UNH
Crappy weather, game is on TV downstate. Over/under for actual crowd size in attendance Saturday night? I'll go with 4,500. Thoughts? Shame, it was supposed to be Band Day as well - always a festive affair. Might end up looking like a wet version of that crazy cold UNH playoff game back in 2010.
