Will Attendance at Men's Lax Ganes Be Allowed?

Post by BlueHenBill » Wed Feb 10, 2021 4:48 pm

Anyone have any insight into whether or not attendace will be allowed at Men's Lax games? I recently emailed Assistant AD Allison Fossner (the designated Communications & Creative Services (i.e., SID) POC for Men's Lax but I have yet to receive a reply. It seems to me that it may not even be necessary to limit attendance/ticket sales because the normal crowds in DE Stadium for Men’s Lax can easily be socially distanced. With social distancing, mask wearing, and other appropriate measures required, attendance at ALL OUTDOOR UD Sports should be relatively safe. I have read that you are 19 times more likely to be infected with covid-19 indoors than outdoors. I don't know how UD could justify attendance at Spring FB fames but not allow it for any/all of the other Sports playing this Spring.
