The Inevitable KC Thread

Post by dchen » Sun May 02, 2021 8:05 pm

Great win today for the Hens. But eventually there will be a thread here on SHSU’s takedown of NDSU. If they get JMU next week SHSU will get another opportunity to avenge a playoff thrashing of recent years. KC does fix problems.

Congrats to KC. 28 home ncaa playoff wins with no losses is incredible. Give him credit, he’s going to be in the HOF some day.

Today, regardless of a shortened season is about a program that looks to have a bright future again ,and it’s been a decade.

Let’s enjoy the run, and kudos to Rocco, and Rojas for a great job so far!

Why does someone have to ruin the day by putting something about KC on here? If the Hens were to play SHSU who would you guys root for?

Is it too much to believe one can be a fan of what our current team is doing, and be happy to see a prior coach, and Blue Hen do well? Put that axe down once in a while, it must be a heavy load to carry.

Will HZ commit Harakiri on the 50 yard line if this happens or will it take a SHSU victory to really deliver the death blow? This important coz it might split the fan base on a Hens victory or not. Win/Win...Just kidding HZ. :D

Man it feels good to win. Now keep winning.

Is that counting Keeler's 88 wins at Div III Glassboro St? When Tubby coached UD , UD was Div II for Tubby's first 14 years , as there was no IAA until 1978. Further, UD played only from 7-10 games in the regular season for Tubby's first 7 years , there was only the Boardwalk Bowl game available to UD in 4 of those years, and playoffs starting in his 8th year ranged from only 4 to 8 teams through at least 1982. Tubby turned 40 in his first year as HC whereas Keeler was only 34 in his first year as HC at Rowan.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves but...
We're one step closer to the matchup that everyone wants to see and to that "party" that will take place in Frisco, Texas!

Wow, this is getting good!
