The other thing that may make this different is that nearly a week has gone by since the loss in the CAA finals. If you are thinking about the 2005 game vs St John’s, the Hens lost the CAA final on a Sunday and were in the bubble for an at-large bid that did not come. Then they played the NIT game on what I believe was a Tuesday night. There was not a lot of time to shake off both disappointments.

I am very hopeful that we will be watching a Blue Hen victory today!

Good point, and you are right. That was what I had in mind. Nice win today. They came; they played; they conquered. Beautiful!
