Congrats to our ladies!

We might be on the wrong side of the bracket. Rice lost to #4 Texas A&M 57-53.

But, that's why they play the game. Two more wins and we bring home the trophy.

So mpwerrel and henzone have become big time followers of WOMEN's bball this WINNING season  . I'm happy you can enjoy the JOY we all are loving as we chart a new path for our ladies. I expect we will build on this in the next few years as the nucleus of our talented team returns. These wins at the NIT expose us as a "player" down the line. Future recruits may/will notice.

As a WBB season ticket holder I thought you may want to know, mpwerrel and henzone must be season ticket holders as well since I see them every game. Back when we could attend games that is and long before THIS winning season.

I thought you should know ... you are welcome.

Nobody gives a rat's behind about the Massey ratings. It's for fans who really don't know diddley about BBall and need something to help them hold a conversation. Just ask the Oral Roberts men's team or many of the top 20 who were quickly bounced.

Henzone, I don’t disagree, I was just pointing out the error of the all-knowing one. 😅

FYI to all my fans  on the board- i appreciate you fellas. if I recall, wasn't it you diehards denigrating the entire women's program before this wonderful transformation?

maybe u can learn a little about bball strategy and player evaluation by continuing to study my posts. I put them out usually during the game. I wonder why in this technological world you all haven't learned to present- time posting :( . Seems it's simpler after reading the articles and studying up on the stats.

as for old insinuations(just your insecurity showing it's ugly head) and mean spirited "we'll not tolerate your OPINIONS" here on our board, maybe it's time to refrain. Most others don't want to fight your ganging up negativity which u simply project on anyone that doesn't pass muster with your board control.

just let it go and enjoy the RUN.

This WNIT is ours to take. Massey is no god to me, but you guys told me to use his ratings after I utilized Sagarin's early in the season. See I followed u. man, what a mistake  The ratings are simply guides based on algorithms which have some value at times. Do you now really believe Villanova was correctly rated to handle us?

anyway carpe diem GO LADY HENS eat up Rice

The all knowing one can dish it out but certainly can’t take it.
It was your constant negativity about the women’s team not giving credit when credit was due, with a seemingly disingenuous Go Hens at the end of your posts, that triggered my comments.
Hope you’re feeling better from your surgery.
Oh and by the way, I never denigrated the women’s team. Keep thinking that we’re reading your posts for basketball insight...that’s really, really funny.

I'm loving this run by the ladies. Beats a One & Done in the NCAAs in my opinion.

TENN HEN, I know you did some Coaching. Did you coach Men's hoops or the ladies? Thx

John, i'm lovin' this post CAA run as well.

It's a darn shame the ladies WNIT isn't on national tv for that extra exposure. if we reach the final I wonder if UD can would attempt to buy in tv like they have done in the past with nbcsp/cbssp/whatever. Women's bball is probably our best shot to make the big time of the major ncaa sports. just build it(the program and winning) and they( fans and student athletes) will come

FH may never receive that attention level

as to my 35 years of coaching- check my pm

Friday at 5:00 can't come fast enough. very interested to see how the birds  match up as the game plays out.
