When 89Hen used to post his best stuff was ripping apart the absurdities of the Massey rankings. Pretty much it takes better rankings, combines them together, and comes up with something worse. But because he (Massey) uses #math we're supposed to ignore the bad outcomes.

Actually I’ve never looked at his BCS formula poll for FCS before
Maybe the North and South magnetic Poles flipped and damaged his quadrantal spheres on his formula

Whatever that was it’s gone now, I heard it was from a Massey laptop malfunction and never intended to be seen by the naked eye

Considering it’s just a mathematical formula based on historical games, I think it does pretty good. Just curiosity for me really, I’m not a fan of using it for determining who goes to the playoffs or for placing a bet.
