I couldn't tell you the first thing about video game details, but my grandsons absolutely loved them when they were younger. This I've always known to be true based on their feedback and what I've read in the media over a couple decades: UD being represented in those games is worth it's price in gold in terms of marketing the football program and university. This is but another reason why I've advocated to join the FBS and I-AA before it. You attract new generations of fans with video games, as silly as it sounds to us old timers.

Don’t play many video games anymore but reading Twitter/X and following some stuff, UD has been a very popular pick amongst people who play the game looking to rebuild, or in this case just build a team from the ground up in “dynasty mode.” It may just be a video game, but people nationwide are talking UD.
