Don’t believe he has a connection to UD so wonder why. Anyhow, more publicity for Delaware the better!

I'll say it's because he is friends with Van Pelt and they frequent The Starboard. Probably got the shirt from Monty.

I have seen Van Pelt in the Starboard and the Bottle & Cork in Summers past. Very approachable, Maryland Terp.
