There will not be a press conference on signing day.
I had asked Ed LeFurge if he could provide a list of incoming high school players and transfers who will be enrolled in second semester and available for Spring practice. He responded that the roster will be rolled over in the next week or so online for spring 2026 and anyone listed on that roster will be enrolled. For transfers, they'll be on that roster as well and each of their releases indicated whether they are a mid-year enrollee.
He also said that a press release will be issued if there are any signees to announce.
Of course our recruiting sleuths have already identified one - Shawn Church, so there should be a press release about him, at least.
So, someone with the time and interest can keep an eye out for an updated official roster and identify every new player on there. Some will be incoming freshmen who graduated early, some will be scholarship transfers, and there may also be some preferred walk-ons that we have not heard about.
I suppose it is possible that some incoming transfers will not be on the roster if they are planning to remain at their current school through the end of the Spring semester for academic reasons.
