Tubby: 3 national titles, one won on the field, all D2

Carty: 2 on-field national titles, one as a player, one as an OC, both FCS
Carty should call the plays... I just think he needs an OC to choreograph the pre-week playbook/scheme against the opponent. It's a lot to do that by yourself and also manage the team. It will help with in-game adjustments. Like Andy Reid out in KC, he calls the plays but he has a coordinator help design. Ours truly Matt Nagy knows how that worked. By 2025 we will need one whether it's a promotion in-house or plucked from another program

I don't mind Carty calling the plays, he just needs to come up with better PLAYS on 3rd and 4th and short next year, or his record would be more like 22-4 over his two years instead of the 17-9 that it is. Adjust the offense to the QB you have, don't make him run an offense that doesn't play to his strengths. We will see who stays and who goes in the next month, I like both O'Connor and Marker, and Miniccuci impressed, they all three i think have moxie, so i think we'll be ok at the most important position. All three can throw it well, marker and min can run very well, O'Connor not as much. It will be interesting to see who wins the job in camp next August, or do all 3 play again next year.
