Texas Arlington beat North Dakota state in the 1967 Pecan bowl
Lost to Louisiana Tech in 1982, the same year that Delaware beat La Tech in Ruston, La in the 1 AA semifinal played in a monsoon mud bowl, but that didn’t slow Dan Reeder down

Well that’s to bad as he seemed to be becoming a playmaker as the season went along
