Bryan Soltes #91

Post by RalphD58 »

It is with deep sadness to announce the passing of Bryan Soltes this past Sunday. He was a beloved member of the Delaware Blue Hens community. Bryan was an exceptional football player and an even greater person. On the field, he was a force and played with an unmatched intensity. Off the field, he was always ready with a friendly word and could strike up a conversation with anyone.

The outpouring of love and support following his passing is a testament to the impact he had on countless lives. To assist his widow and three daughters, a GoFundMe campaign has been established:

Bryan will be deeply missed by his family, friends, former teammates, and the entire Blue Hens community. Godspeed #91

I remember him as a rock solid player, who often played with injuries it seemed. His memory will live on with those that recall his on-the-field heroics.
