Names on back of jerseys?

I think no names is classy,

DSU, in the other hand, did NOT have names on jerseys.

I get the tradition of no names and playing as a team...but for fans, it was soooooo much easier to follow the players.

Thought the font for the numbers looked a bit odd.

Speaking of names on jerseys, the last 20 FBS champions have had names on their jerseys, and those teams are fairly classy.

The last FBS champ without names was USC in 2004/2005 (vacated).

agree 100% though the espn picture was pathetic and anger boiled up as the field kept changing colors and the focusing by
the production crew had me raging. I assume it was our UD people producing though "whatever"- a rough night indeed in many aspects. Jack ST production looked just fine and professional as did their team.

Not a fan of names on the back of the jerseys, but since they share numbers, it may be necessary. The dumb cartoon chicken head above the name irks me more.

I wonder if they share eye black too when they put their clown makeup on to look scary and tough. It's so tired and played out. They look like rejects from an Insane Clown Posse concert.

I just hate it when players try to make themselves standout from the rest of the team. Standout by making a play! And when they make that play, they should act like they've been there before like business as usual. These guys run out by themselves pound their chest, do the belt thing or whatever. More of just "LOOK AT ME!!!"... Go celebrate with your teammates after making a good play, they're the reason it happened. It takes 11!

Will trade the names on back of jerseys for continuing to wear blue and gold unis during home schedule. Won't hold my breath on that one but was good to see. Will predict it won't be seen again at home until homecoming in November vs. La. Tech.

Has any one notice the lack of the black uniforms this year though? Not complaining, theyre on eye sore, but did they silently fizzle them out of the rotation??
